Italian Food & Wine Dinner Menu

Our own Matt Wick recently returned from a six month cooking excursion at a Michelin-starred restaurant popular in the coastal town of Praiano Italy. In February, Matt assembled a special sumptuous menu for a special prix fixe dinner. Complementing each course was a delectable Italian wine especially chosen by Fountainhead Selections with Fountainhead's talented Doug Rankin providing an overview of each of the wines. The four-course dinner included wine and was a sell-out. To be sure not to miss future specialty dinners sign up on our mailing list or like us on facebook. In the meantime here’s a look at the menu.
